My name is Buzz Selle and I have lived in Arvada for my entire life. I remember when west Arvada was Sheridan Boulevard and north of 80th was a dirt road. Wow, how times have changed! I am very familiar with Arvada and the surrounding Jefferson County/Metro areas. At D.H.I., we strive to provide you with top quality service and reliability. Clients are very comfortable with our computer generated reports, which are delivered at the end of an inspection or e-mailed to you, which ever is more convenient. All reports include photos, giving our clients valuable information such as locations of electricity panels and main shut-off valves for gas and water. We encourage you to attend our inspections, as education regarding a home is extremely valuable.

We pride ourselves on our honesty. We go out of our way to deliver all information to you, not just the information that will "seal a deal". We look at every home as if we were purchasing it for our family. Some items may need major repairs, others, just a little regular maintenance. We strive to assist you in making educated decisions during the exciting time of buying a home.

Training and association memberships are a determining factor.   We pride ourselves in the fact that we are highly trained through the ITA/Kaplan Professional Schools and have completed additional Radon and Radon Decay Product Measurement courses administered by the Center for Environmental Research of Technology, Inc. We are also members of the Jefferson County Association of Realtors and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). As ASHI members, we are held to a code of ethics and standards and required to attend yearly continuing education classes. ASHI helps us, as inspectors, to stay current in the ever changing home building world. As members of the American Society of Home Inspectors, you can be assured of our qualifications and adherence to the association's standards of practice and code of ethics. We are also fully insured with Errors and Omissions Insurance, which protects you as the home buyer.
